1. Install 2*AAA batteries into the device back compartment follow the "+","-" direction.
2. Connect the electrode cable into the upper middle hole of the device.
3. Attach the electrode pads(connecting to the electrode cable) to the treatment area.
4. Press the "" key to switch on the device. Then the device is ready to use.
5. Press "M" to select the mode (there are 10 modes for you to choose).
6. Press "^" and "v" on the right side to adjust the intensity (15 levels are available).
7. Press the "^" on the left side to chooe the time option when the screen show "T", the default time is mode is 18 minutes, there is 3 time duration (6 minutes, 12 minutes and 18 minutes) can choose. Press the "" on the left side when screen shows "S", there are 5 speeds available to choose the speed.
8. Press the "" button to switch off the device.

Notices: Start from the lowest intensity and speed, and gradually adjust to a comfortable levels.  The device will not activated unless the pads attached to the skin.
